Flow Ascent LLC ("Flow Ascent," "we," "us") keeps data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what we collect through flowascent.com, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the site. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use analytics cookies at this time.

Service providers

We rely on a few processors to run the site and respond to you:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and Turnstile, which helps us tell humans from bots on the contact form.
• Resend — delivery of the email generated when you submit the contact form.

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your message and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss working together. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the providers above or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain contact inquiries for as long as needed to follow up and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, then delete them when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you've shared, or opt out of further contact, at any time. Email info@flowascent.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
